Presenter's Bio: 

Joe McIntyre is an advisor consultant for Hartford Funds. He is responsible for marketing Hartford Funds and The Hartford SMART529 in Washington, northern Idaho, and Alaska. Joe supports financial advisors and their clients with educational material, client seminars, product expertise, and practice-management strategies. 

In 2005, Joe joined the organization as an advisor consultant. He is one of the company’s most consistent top producers and serves on the Advisory Board. During his time at Hartford Funds, he has held more than 11,000 meetings with financial advisors, conducted more than 2,300 client seminars and events, and participated in hundreds of industry trainings, workshops, and conferences around the world. Prior to joining the company, he worked for AIG Sun America. Joe is a registered representative of Hartford Funds Distributors. He is FINRA Series 7 and 63 registered, and holds his life, health, and variable licenses. 

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Joe attended the University of Washington where he received his bachelor’s degree. He currently resides in Seattle with his wife, Sarah, and their daughters, Stella and Scarlett.
