2021 Symposium Terms, Conditions, & PoliciesPlease be sure to fully review all the policies before registering.Registration Cancellation PolicyAll cancellations received on or before Monday, February 25, 2021 will receive a refund, less a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after Monday, March 8, 2021. Attendee substitutions are permitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be in writing and sent via email to [email protected]. Substitute attendees will be permitted. Substitution requests must be in writing via email to [email protected] no later than 7 days prior to the event start. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Cancellation PolicyAll sponsor and exhibitor cancellations received on or before Friday, January 29, 2021 will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after Friday, January 29, 2021. All cancellations must be in writing and sent via email to [email protected]. Technical Failure PolicyIt is the responsibility of the attendee to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of the virtual event. If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the event is canceled, a full refund will be provided. If a technical failure happens due to the FPA platform, the FPA office will offer make-up sessions for the affected content. In the instance that a registrant cannot attend the make-up session, then a partial refund may be requested. In the instance that the FPA must cancel the event, full refunds will be provided to all registrants.
Recording ReleaseEach virtual session may be recorded, including chat transcripts. These recordings may be provided for later viewing and may be used for promotional purposes, advertising, and other print and online materials at the sole discretion of FPA Puget Sound. By registering for FPA Puget Sound's Virtual Congress you consent to be recorded by FPA Puget Sound when attending live sessions. Code of ConductFPA of Puget Sound's events are community events intended for education, networking, and collaboration. We value the participation of everyone and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Accordingly, all participants are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout all events hosted in the FPA of Puget Sound space. To make clear what is expected, all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers, and volunteers at any virtual event are required to conform to the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. In registering for and/or participating in this event, you consent to comply with the following Code of Conduct.
